2. How are my prescriptions handled?
Check the plan’s drug list and pharmacy network. Ask about drug costs, coverage restrictions, and any approvals needed.

3. What could a year of care cost?
Ask to see premiums, deductibles, cost sharing, and the out-of-pocket limit together. Ask which costs don’t count toward that limit.

4. When would coverage begin?
Ask which enrollment rules apply, what information is needed, and when coverage would become effective.
